Una vez confirmada la reserva, podrás completar el check-in online antes de la llegada. El día de entrada recibirás las llaves digitales para acceder al edificio y a tu apartamento de manera cómoda y segura.

¿Cómo accederás al apartamento?

Los apartamentos disponen de un sistema de acceso con cerraduras inteligentes. Esto permite realizar la llegada de forma autónoma, sin tener que quedar físicamente para recoger llaves.

Después de completar correctamente el check-in online, el día de la entrada recibirás las instrucciones de acceso. Podrás abrir las puertas con tu móvil o introduciendo el código facilitado en la cerradura.

Importante: Las llaves digitales se envían el día de la entrada, una vez completado el check-in online y validados todos los pasos necesarios de la reserva.

Información importante sobre el edificio y la llegada

Nuestros apartamentos se encuentran en un edificio situado en el centro histórico de Girona, en plena Rambla de la Llibertat. Esta ubicación privilegiada permite disfrutar de la ciudad a pie, pero también implica algunas características propias de los edificios del Barri Vell.

Edificio histórico con acceso por escaleras

Apartaments Girona Centre está situado en un edificio del centro de Girona. El acceso a los apartamentos se realiza por escaleras y el edificio no dispone de ascensor.

Recomendamos tener esta información en cuenta antes de reservar, especialmente si viajas con mucho equipaje, carritos, personas mayores o personas con movilidad reducida.

Nota importante: Los apartamentos no disponen de ascensor. Si tienes dudas antes de reservar, puedes contactar con nosotros y te ayudaremos a valorar si el alojamiento se adapta a tus necesidades.

Acceso por escaleras

El acceso a los apartamentos se realiza por escaleras interiores propias de un edificio situado en el centro histórico.

Equipaje y llegada

Si viajas con muchas maletas, recomendamos organizar la llegada con calma y tener presente el acceso por escaleras.

Entrada y salida

La entrada es a partir de las 15:00 h y la salida hasta las 11:00 h, salvo indicación o acuerdo previo.

Check-in online

El check-in online debe completarse antes de la llegada para poder recibir correctamente el acceso digital.
